General terms & conditions of sale

Global Reunion – www.globalreunion.fr
Last updated: 17 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all sales of products made through the website www.globalreunion.fr (the “Site”), operated by Global Reunion, a company incorporated under the laws of France, registered under number (SIREN/SIRET) [SIREN/SIRET NUMBER], with its registered office at 432 Route de Croagnes, 84400 Gargas, France, represented by Arthur Mathieu (“we”, “us”, “the Seller”). The Seller can be contacted by email at arthur@globalreunion.fr.

These Terms apply to any purchase made by a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession) on the Site, regardless of the consumer's country of residence. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms without reservation.

1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the customer regarding the sale of products on the Site. They prevail over any other document, unless expressly and specifically derogated from in writing by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in force on the Site on the date the order is placed.

2. Products
Products offered for sale are those described on the Site on the day the customer consults it, within the limits of available stock. Each product is presented with a description and, where applicable, technical specifications established by the Seller or the manufacturer.
Photographs and graphic representations of products are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractually binding representation. Minor variations (colour, packaging, etc.) may occur and do not entitle the customer to any claim.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its product range at any time, in particular by adding or withdrawing products.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of French value-added tax (VAT) at the rate applicable on the day of the order, unless otherwise stated. They do not include shipping costs, which are indicated separately before the order is confirmed and added to the total amount due.
For orders delivered outside the European Union (and, where applicable, outside France for certain products), the price displayed does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or local levies that may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, who is invited to check the applicable rules in their country before placing an order. The Seller has no control over, and cannot be held liable for, such charges or any delays caused by customs clearance.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to an order is the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and follows the checkout process, which includes:
Verification of the content and total price of the order (including shipping costs);
Provision of delivery and billing information;
Selection of a payment method;
Final confirmation of the order, which constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Guest checkout is available: creating a customer account is not mandatory to place an order.
The Seller will confirm receipt of the order by email as soon as possible. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; the sales contract is only formed upon dispatch of the shipping confirmation email, or upon debiting of payment, whichever the Seller's process provides.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists, or in the event of a reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or unavailability of stock, in which case the customer will be informed and refunded where a payment has already been taken.

5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. The Site accepts the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards (via a secure payment provider);
PayPal;
Other methods as indicated on the Site at checkout (e.g. Apple Pay, bank transfer).
Payment data is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. The Seller does not store full card details on its own servers.
The order will only be processed once payment has been validated. In the event of payment refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery
The Seller ships orders worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping method selected, and are indicated on the Site or at checkout before the order is confirmed. These are indicative estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery, i.e. upon the customer's (or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier) physical taking of possession of the products.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon delivery and to report any anomaly (damage, missing items) to the carrier and to the Seller within a reasonable time, ideally by noting reservations on the delivery slip.
If a package is returned to the Seller due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a failure to collect it, redelivery costs may be charged to the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
In accordance with the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation, Articles L221-18 et seq.), consumers benefit from a right of withdrawal. As a matter of policy, the Seller extends this same 14-day withdrawal right to all customers, regardless of their country of residence, unless applicable local law provides for more favourable terms, in which case the more favourable terms apply.
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products (or of the last item, in the case of an order delivered in several shipments) to notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email to arthur@globalreunion.fr). The customer may, but is not obliged to, use a withdrawal form provided by the Seller upon request.
The customer must return the products no later than 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw, in their original condition and packaging where possible, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The Seller will reimburse all payments received (including standard delivery costs, but excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard method offered) within 14 days of being informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the products have been received back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, to products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed products which have been unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

8. Legal Guarantees
8.1 Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, under which the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, which becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

8.2 Guarantee against Hidden Defects
Products also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Under these guarantees, the customer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions set out in Article L217-9 of the Consumer Code, or, in the case of hidden defects, between rescission of the sale or a reduction of the price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code. To exercise these rights, the customer should contact the Seller at arthur@globalreunion.fr.

9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract due to the customer's act, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure as defined by French law and case law.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Seller has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content of such websites.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Seller's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, software, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of the Seller or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, or use of these elements, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

11. Personal Data
The Seller processes the customer's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), for the purposes of processing orders, managing the customer relationship, and, where consent has been given, for marketing purposes. For further details, please refer to the Site's Privacy Policy. The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection by contacting arthur@globalreunion.fr.

12. Complaints and Consumer Mediation
For any complaint, the customer may contact the Seller's customer service at arthur@globalreunion.fr.
In accordance with Articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute has not been resolved directly with the Seller's customer service, the customer, provided they are an EU resident, is entitled to refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator [NAME OF THE MEDIATION BODY – TO BE DESIGNATED], contactable at [MEDIATOR ADDRESS / WEBSITE]. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations under these Terms results from a case of force majeure, within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code and applicable case law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the customer, as a consumer, has their habitual residence, which remain applicable notwithstanding this choice of law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer may bring proceedings before the French courts having jurisdiction, or before the courts of their own country of residence where applicable mandatory law so permits.

15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The fact that the Seller does not enforce, at a given time, any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce that provision at a later date.
